One Month In

I thought I would give it about one month to allow my thinking process to be as reflective as I can. Some say that is not too much! West Melton School, students, staff and families have been so awesome. It truly is a school where everyone pulls together. Our Learning Community (Ti Kouka) is in its development stage with 80 students and three teachers who need to work out the dynamics of everything. I must admit working with Ms M and Ms S is great as they have so many skills that they bring to our learning. Duathlon has been completed and it was great to see Ti Kouka succeed on the sports field. Every single student gave it their best! What else can we ask for. I am looking forward to more sport in the school.once the swimming is over I want to develop rippa rugby in the school. Really can't wait for that. Well time to go, will post sooner rather than later. Mr T
